Support and Service
If you have any questions regarding the use of our programs, you can firstly take a look at the program manual. The program’s help facility, which provides answers to questions regarding the various program menu functions, is located in the menu at the top of the main screen - “Help/Contents and Index”. From anywhere within the program, you just need to press the F1 key on your keyboard to activate the context-related help facility.

In addition to all free-of-charge support materials, we launched our new end users Hotline for support in Germany on July 1st.
